As a Vice President of Operations for EMI Music Distribution, and later as CEO of Sonopress LLC, Mr. Mann-Stadt's companies have manufactured and distributed DVDs, and CDs for every major movie studio, recording label, and software and games company, including Universal Studios, Paramount, Disney, Capital Records, Sony-BMG Music, Random House Publishing, Electronic Arts, and Microsoft.

Mr. Mann-Stadt's career path in technology based manufacturing and distribution is based on a solid foundation of meaningful management responsibilities including, production management, customer service management, IT management/systems implementation, engineering and maintenance management, production control and scheduling, and supply chain innovation.

During his tenure as President and CEO of Sonopress LLC, one of the largest manufacturers of entertainment optical media products in the world, he had full P&L responsibility for the company's North American Operations. This included 1,800 full time and temporary employees with facilities in North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky and Wisconsin. Through sustainable cost reductions and productivity improvements he was able to develop a favorable cost position that allowed the company to effectively compete in the US at a time when petroleum based raw material prices hit all-time highs. He also expanded the sales platform of the company by directing the acquisition of Deluxe Media Distribution and reorganizing the sales marketing organization.
